In an effort to beat the heat and humidity I painted a scene from our trip to Norway earlier this summer. We took the Flam Line Railway between Flam and Myrdal. It rises 2833 feet in 12.6 miles. Near the top we stopped at this spectacular waterfall. The power of the water, the mist and the bright lichen was memorable. Hope this gives you a little relief from the heat as well.
