Marsh Morning

Last week the Oil Painters of America held a regional Plein Air Paint Out on Edisto Island. This painting is in Botany Bay Wildlife Management Area on the causeway leading out to the beach. Last weeks Kings Tide flooded out the causeway at high tide so I got an early morning start ahead of it. The early morning sun was shining across the marsh under a low layer of clouds.
