It was the first day of a 3 day Plein Air paint out on Edisto Island. Rain was forecast for days 2 and 3 so I went to Botany Bay Wildlife Management Area to get ahead of the mud. This is the pond near Station 9. It was near high tide and the calm was only broken by jumping fish.
